Take on the Thames Path Challenge, following England’s greatest river. 100km, 75km, 50km, or 25km. Walk, jog, or run it.

What is the Thames Path Challenge?

Everyone taking part starts at Putney Bridge. The full 100 km route heads upstream to Henley. You’ll follow the famous Thames Towpath, passing through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.

But don’t worry, if the 100km trek seems a bit daunting, you can choose a 75km, 50km or 25km option – there is a distance for everyone.

However you do this and whatever distance you do, you’ll be helping the people of East London benefit from life-changing research and innovative healthcare improvements.
